The new Unisys Support Portal is available. This is a best-in-class, industry standard tool which provides a more integrated, user-friendly support platform.
Clients who have activated their new Support Portal credentials should use these credentials to access the product support site by clicking the "Log-in with Unisys Support Portal Credentials" button below. Use the "Contact Us" link to report any issues.
If you are a client who uses the e-Services portal to create incidents against core products (ClearPath, Stealth, etc.) and have not received an activation e-mail from firstname.lastname@example.org, use the "Contact Us" to let us know so we can investigate the problem.
There is no change for Hosting and Integration clients. You do not need to take any action.
Unisys associates access the new support portal with their Unisys credentials and should use the "Log-in with Unisys Credentials" button below.
The e-Services Portal log-in will be removed end of August 2020.
